Properties and benefits of Lavender Essential Oil

A perennial shrub of the Labiada family, with woody stems and hairiness. It is a common plant of the Mediterranean basin, which usually hybridizes giving rise to more resistant species. It usually grows in very dry places of calcareous nature.

Although it may not seem like it, lavender is a member of the same family as peppermint, and is a "distant relative" of rosemary, sage, and thyme. It's a good idea to use it to complement these herbs, as it combines nicely. A primary recipe for lavender is tea, which is soothing and refreshing, or by adding a few drops of the essential oil to apricot jam.

HOW TO USE:

It is recommended to always take diluted in 250 g of food (juice, tea, salad,...).
