This algae is a food very rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, which are increasingly lacking in our diet and due to this deficiency, many diseases are proliferating that would not appear if we had a good diet and a high immune system.

PROPERTIES:

·         It is the richest food in protein, containing between 50% and 70%. Unlike meat (18% – 22%) or soy (30%).

·         Spirulina contains all the essential amino acids (similar to that of breast milk), while most vegetables lack many of these.

·         Spirulina is the natural food richest in vitamin B12,  containing five times more than raw beef liver.

·         Spirulina is 2 to 3 times richer in vitamin E than wheat germ, and its activity is 49% higher than synthetic vitamin E.

·         Fights cellular aging and atherosclerosis.

·         It also prevents the formation of thrombi in the arteries that cause heart attacks, pulmonary and cerebral embolisms or circulatory problems in the legs.

·         Spirulina is the richest food in chlorophyll, and that is why it is used as an anti-anemic or constipation problems.

·         It helps regulate liver function.

·         Stimulates the immune system.

HOW TO USE:

Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the help of water. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not take this food supplement if you are allergic or intolerant to any of its ingredients.
